Ingredients:
1 ½ lb salmon fillets
Lemon pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste
⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup water
¼ cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Salt, garlic powder, and lemon pepper season salmon fillets.
Stir the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil in a small bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Put the fish and the soy sauce mixture in a sizable plastic bag that can be sealed, then turn to coat. Put in the fridge for at least two hours.
Grill to medium heat before using.
Grates should be lightly oiled. Put the salmon on the hot grill without the marinade. Salmon should be cooked on each side for 6 to 8 minutes or until fork-tender.
