Ingredients:
4 (8 oz.) swordfish steaks
½ cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. butter softened
1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Lightly oil the grate and preheat an outside grill to medium heat.
Swordfish should be marinated in teriyaki sauce for 5 minutes on each side.
Grill swordfish for 5 to 6 minutes per side, basting often with melted butter until the fish flakes easily.
Add some garlic salt and serve.
